It’s been a bit of a theme this week amongst my clients – “let’s address the negative self talk”.

Thoughts are energy – and what you think affects what you say and how you feel and ultimately what you do.

You can’t change what you’re not aware of – so why don’t you take time this weekend to increase your awareness around your thoughts and flip them to be positive.
I had a small boronia bush which everyone had said had “gone to God”. But I decided to speak to it everyday and have positive thoughts about it reshooting. Within a week it had sprouted new shoots and is now a flourishing bush in pride of place on my deck. Just imagine if you could speak in a more loving, gentle and forgiving way to your own body. Imagine how your body could soak it up and what you could create! Your thoughts are so powerful – so give it a go – because after all what you think, you create!
